Buying routes USDC → XLEc → community token. The protocol will never acquire XLEc above the Chainlink reference price + the permitted premium — if the stock leg can't fill within the band, the strict buy reverts. Use rest order to escrow until it's fillable.

Continuous issuance mints BLONK by depositing XLEc at NAV × (1 + premium). All figures are XLEc-denominated (per BLONK), so the premium is the franchise premium only. Minting is only available while the premium TWAP sustainably exceeds the rate-limited issuance price — and it is always accretive: every mint raises NAV per existing BLONK.
